I checked with “2.0 German version WIN XP: [680m3(Build8968)]” and "Mozilla/5.0
(Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-AT; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20050914 SeaMonkey/1.1a",
result WFM!
I am pretty sure that that's a MOZILLA problem and not an OOo Problem. There
were many Bug-Reports in BUGZILLA that the MOZILLA installer did not set correct
OS-settings for standard-browser, mailto-links or similar. Currently I do not
know whether there are any preferences in OOo to select an other browser than
the standard browser.
