As I said in my comment on Fri Nov 25 11:17:33 -0800 2005" outbound notification
messages are delivered nost of the time with a reasonable delay of some minutes.
The problem persists for inbound messages with the unavailability (connection
refused, error message "451 4.7.1 Please try again later") of
asmx1.sfo.collab.net.
