If you send the generated PS-file to a printhouse you will get exactly this color. Indeed you can't print in RGB. All colors are printed in CMYK, or as custom color (e.g. Pantone, HKS). I'm working in a print-office, so I know those problems when working with MS Word. Have a look at OO, I see the option to work with CMYK. But it seems that OO can't work with CMYK color model. All values are rendered in RGB. This is only good for preview not for printing.
