Overwriting or delete/write, its the same result ;-)

OK, I think this issue is not an installer issue, but a generel one.
Nevertheless, the problems with the dictinary.lst could be solved by the
installer. A simple option in the installer "don't delete/replace my
Dictionaries", which tells the installer to "don't touch the dict folder",
would solve the problem. (To be honest, I think nearby ALL users don't wants
their dic's to be deleted, so this option might not even be necesery, but could
be "hard wired" [*.ini].)

The correct behavier in long term would be to store the dictionarys/templates
not in the programm directory, but in the "All Users/Application Data" Folder.
Files in that folder should survive the OO 2.0 Installer routines? So what
Component should this issue be reported to?
