I can confirm the files sizes, but I can't reproduce your problem with "not enough memory". In fact, I opened both files (Excel XP and Excel 95) at the same time, on machine with Win98SE 248Mb RAM. The error message that you got _seems_ to be related _only_ with lack of memory. How much RAM do you have? I'm thinking to change this to ENHANCEMENT, if no objections, due the huge Excel 97/2000/XP file exported from your file (241kb to 27Mb). Someone could check if this could be smaller size. Thank you.
