Hi Frank,
I have to reopen this issue and have two reasons for this:
1. Look at the second attachment. File opens OK in MS Excel, but totally mess up
UI of OOo Calc. This obviously a defect to be fixed.
2. Even if 1st attachment have "per document" settings, opening it in Calc
simply ignore Load/Save setting "Load user-specific settings with document".
