SBA->cefarr: For the second part of your description, I tested with OOo 2.0.2
candidate developer build 680m149 on Win2000:
Alt+0128 produces the EURO symbol, Alt+0132 produces the low quotation mark in
the Word processor.
Given the fact that your "main issue" is invalid, and the fact that "collective
issues" are impossible to handle, thus "invalid at birth", I close this issue as
"Invalid".
If you encounter problems within the word processor when doing the "Alt+XXXX
thing", please file a seperate issue and give further information (i.e. what
font you have in use, under what circumstances this does/does not occur and
especially: What application(s) ON THE SAME MACHINE can do better than OOo.
