Look into statusbar right part. You see "section". Use ALT+Enter to put a new line before the section. Go to last position on third page. Use Alt+Enter to leave the section. Use Alt-Enter again to leave the TOC. Now you can see the TOC. If you move the cursor to the new lines, you see "Table of Contents1" in the statusbar. You can mark the whole section and cut it of. Place it at the end of the document behind the TOC.
