Reopening bug - as it neither solved nor invalid.
@ufi: The term "oben genannte Korrekturwert" aka "above mentioned offset value"
refers to the German translation, where it reads as follows:
"... Formatierung und Korrekturwert des mit dem Menübefehl Seitennummer
eingefügten Feldes können Sie aber auch jederzeit mit dem Menübefehl Bearbeiten
- Feldbefehl... ändern."
As you can see the wording "Korrekturwert" is indeed used!
Furthermore an explanation of the correct setting of an "actual page number" in
a help topic that is not hyperlinked to this one is not helpful. A user who
wants to insert a page number usually reads this help topic and is led the wrong
way by the offset value stuff - which does not what is expected by the user.
This usability problem should be removed by clarifying the help as suggested.
Furthermore in /swriter/01/04090001.xhp that you mentioned, the hints are no way
as complete suggested by me, e. g. the Format - Paragraph method is completey
missing.
