after converting, some formatting seemed to be lost. compare to pdf, which was
done bf conversion to Word. Unfortunately I don't have the original document in
odt format, but the previously attached Word doc *can* be opened using OOo.
Inserting comments and/or tracking changes in Word 2000 somehow messed up
stuff. but what? and how to fix it?
