Not a defect. If proxy-settings are OK, everything will work fine and the linked
graphics will load within seconds from internet. If the settings are wrong,
loading something from the internet won´t work and the office won´t succeed in
loading the file. Same will happen if the user disconnects the internet-cable
while loading ! It might be a wish for an enhancement to have a timeout. But
this timeout would be very difficult to set because of the different internet
connection speeds.
