The order in which the previews are created and shown in the master page
controls is based on a heuristic. The heuristic was designed for the larger
number of previews of StarOffice: what basically happens is that it waits for a
number of about 15 template documents to be read from the configuration before
the order of preview creation is determined. In the OpenOffice.org case there
are less then 15 documents. However, the algorithm can handle this, it starts
the preview creation when all template documents are read from the
configuration. Or it should. There is a minor bug that prevents just this.
