The code in MasterPageContainerFiller::RunNextStep() for states DONE and ERROR
was never called. When there is a larger number of templates (as is the case
for StarOffice) then this is not a problem. Only for a smaller number of
templates (<15) it is necessary to tell the master page container to really
start the preview generation.
