How have you told OOo2.0.2 to use s:/templates/ooo as a directory for templates?
Do you see a "ooo"-category in the dialog "templates and documents" in OOo2.0.2?
If you generate a new template in OOo2.0.2 doing the same as you have done in
2.0.3, into which category does it go?
