Hi,

not a bug of OOo Calc but from Excel which try's to calculate with text values.

Please load the document and press CTRL+F8 (Value Highlighting, Blue are
numbers, Black is text, Green are Formula results) now have a look at column E.
It's black indicating this is text. Calc doesn't calculate with text. Cell F2
takes the content from E2 and other cells are calculating with this result. As
the result in this case is a text and text is treated with the value zero, you
get a division by zero Error or Err:503.

To solve the problem make column E an nummeric column in Excel or remove the
quote in front of the values in OOo Calc.
