------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Jul 17 01:43:10 -0700 2006 ------- A pivot table does not appear to allow the same data field to be used twice in the data area of the pivot table - even though they are using different functions eg Fred Office 25 Fred Customer 12 Jim Office 15 Jim Customer 9 put name in the left most column, column 2 across the top, and try and put min(col3) and max(col3) in the data area.
