I downloaded the Windows installer from http://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/680/2.0.3-RC7/. I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask since I did not download from OOo website. BTW, I already checked the GSI file (open with Ultra-Edit) which was sent to OOo (http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=64568); those untranslated messages were already translated. What's wrong though?
