The document concerned was sent to ES ([EMAIL PROTECTED]). Details about which
hyperlink(s) I mean: theose in the 'Insert Index/Table' / 'Entries' window, that
are created by placing the cursor in the text field left of the [E] (Entry)
button, then clicking [Hyperlink], next placing the cursor in the text field
right of the [E] (Entry) button and pressing [Hyperlink], then pressing [All]
and [OK], of course.
