Looks like a windows build issue .. adjusting OS
The reason for this behavior is propably that make 3.81 was changed to be
reluctant to treat DOSish filenames in prerequisites. See also:

As a quick workaround Michael's patch is better than nothing, but it should say
+ AC_MSG_ERROR("gmake 3.81 cannot build mozilla - please use 3.80 or build OOo
with prebuild mozilla libaries.")
