Using i.e. "WL" as a shortcut will ease writing and formatting dramatically: clicking "WL <F3>" will insert "WinLim", having the two styles already applied. Then it is only a few clicks to change the styles to "as the rest of the text" (i.e. for manuals) and another few clicks to change them back, according to your style guide.
