When I open the attached .sxw document either with OO 1.1.4 or OO 2.0 the
Chapters "Glossary" and "Thank you" already start on page 37 respective page 44.
When I update the TOC before exporting into MS Word format, the page numbers in
the TOC will be corrected. Means, that the TOC is currently not "up to date"
when document is opened.
Can you confirm this?
