------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Sep 21 07:02:06 -0700 2006 ------- OOo (and spadmin) only recognize truetype (*.ttf, *.ttc) and type1 fonts (*.pfa, *.pfb). For type 1 we also need the corresponding font metric file (same name, but ends in .afm). The .afm file can lie either next to the font file or in a subdirectory "afm" beneath the type 1 font's directory. If you add 35 fonts, than some of them will be the same family, but different files for bold, italic and bold-italic. Writer only shows font families, so you will see less than 35.
