===     Specification of Solution    ===
All colour relevant formates and most others of the HTML output created by
Autodoc are defined in an extern css file.
For the UNO IDL output this file is OUTPUT_ROOT/idl.css .
For the C++ output this file is OUTPUT_ROOT/cpp.css .
In those two files are also explanations about use and meaning of the css
classes.
============================

Remarks:
- Currently the css files for IDL and C++ are different. In future it would be
nice to have only one.
- There are still some inline formats. A more consequential change to css would
be nice as well.

For this task the provided solution is good enough as it allows all colours and
all major formatting to be accustomed by using a different css file.
