Only if I wait a long time after selecting the graphic and depressing the mouse button in preparation for dragging the graphic can I drag to the right hand gallery pane, but only the right hand pane. It is that long wait, 5 - 10 seconds, which must pass before trying to move the graphic which threw me. The left pane still doesn't accept graphics.
