A document based on a template that restarts page numbering with each Heading1
(so, at chapter breaks) had to be changed to consecutive page numbering.

I didn't do it through the Stylist paragraph style, because page number (under
Text Flow, Breaks) was "0" and I wasn't sure how I could make that apply to all
but the first Heading1 instance. So I manually adjusted each Heading1 paragraph
after the first one, to change from 1 to 0.

This produced the correct consecutive page numbers in the document, but the TOC
is now wrong (even after reinserting it) for each adjusted Heading1, and each
subhead, Heading2---except for the last Heading2 in section 3; for some reason,
its page number is correct (followed by another Heading1 with an incorrect TOC
page number).

For example, section 2 (the first adjusted Heading1) is on page 3 but shows as
page 4 in the TOC. The others are off the same way; each Heading1 actually
begins on a right (odd number) page, but the TOC page number is too high by one.

(Please note, forum help is unavailable due to "expired DNS" so my apologies if
there's a workaround already in place; I can't find one anywhere online and
could not find this same issue in the issue tracker.)
