Well, I don't agree with this closure.
I'd seen the bugs above but this one is different. The bugs you mentioned deal
with EXISTING Word files with a TOC already created with Word.
The problem here is for a blank document CREATED IN OOo and then saved in .doc
format.
NB: the CTRL + click has no influence.
