2006 -------
I tried to reproduce it again to have an example but it seems not to happen
again anymore.
What I did was generating a list of time values, and date-time values. Then I
changed the format of those values and tried also the Englisch/French setting
for Hour as H or HH instead of the Dutch localized setting U or UU.
I noticed that it was accepted for the timesetting. When I tried to reproduce
it with date and time, it wasn't.
Now I was generating an example to state my findings and it isn't possible to
reproduce it again.
When I re-open the form that I used to test the issue, the timesettingcodes
where all translated to the localized code. I can't reproduce so set the issue
as fixed.
