NeoOffice is a distinct fork with only very little contribution (if at all) from
NeoOffice itself.
And I (and lots of other users) disagree with your statement that the X11
version is "essentially unusable".
Bottom line: Currently, neoOffice and OOo are not "good friends" and thus no
link for now.
