i will take a closer look on it. But did you have seen the package installer
(Tools -> Package Manager) in OO 2.0. It seems that it goes in the same
direction and i would suggest that we align the concepts. The new package
installer is already part of OO 2.0 and has it's own descriptor file. Especially
the dependency part is currently missing there and we can hopefully combine the
two concepts because it is confusing the end user and we would have two kind of
packages which we should definitely prevent
