I would be happy with a simple statement along the lines of, "Content on the 
wiki conforms to 
OpenOffice.org licensing. For further license information, see 
http://www.openoffice.org/license.html "  
Or, "Unless otherwise noted by the copyright holder, content is licensed LGPL", 
but I prefer the former.

PS it was actually not my or anyone else's intention to deprecate the PDL or 
retroactively apply lgpl to 
otherwise licensed text. Rather, it was the effect of sloppy phrasing.
