So - the click area that the toggle entries (such as 'AutoExtension') is -waay-
too large - such that people accidentally turn off 'AutoExtension' and screw up
their file saves :-) [ or at least confuse the poor browser ].

Customer feedback:

"This has bugged me since the beginning of Open Office...I don't like the
easy access to the setting for "Automatic file name extension" found at
the save dialog box. It is checked by default, which is good but is too
easy for users to deselect. When deselected, their files appear as the gnome
foot and it asks them what program should be used to open the file.
This freaks users out and leads to unnecessary help desk time. Can that
setting be tucked away in a down arrow, like the "Browse to other folders"
arrow or the "File types" arrow. You could call it "options" or something
like that."

This is 1/2 the fix that helps with this; a trivial patch :-)
