2007 -------
Confirmed on OOo 2.1 using Windows XP Professional SP2 using followed steps:
-Open OO Database
-Create new database->Finish
-Tables->Create Table in Design View->Create basic table with one column->Save
-Queries->Create Query in Design View->Select created table->Add->Close
->Select created column in field name->Add 'Line 1', 'Line 2', ...
upto 'Line 6' in 6 'OR' rows of criteria (see attachment 1)
->View->Switch Design View (OFF)
->View->Switch Design View (ON) -> 'Line 5' disappears
