I also achieved it to see the problem - but also only once... it happened when I
opened a write-protected document, clicked the "Edit" button and opened it as
template for a new document.
It is quite sure that the problem is connected to the settings in the
"Options.Path" dialog. OO tries to access files that it is not able to
interpret.
I will have further looks how to get this reproducible more than once a year...
