SBA: This is still not solved in OOo 2.2. (yes, bugs hardly ever fix themselves
:-)
Changing the locale and language changes the default tab setting in a way that
leaves the user almost helpless. This is only a "minor inconvenience" if the
user KNOWS where this can be set. Given the "richness" of the option pages, this
is HINDERING the work of affected users: Every tab "blows up" the document
layout.
=> Raising Prio to P3, set target OOo 2.x.
