If I was anything BUT local admin I wouldn't be able to install the antivirus scanner for instance. Hmm. Wonder if it could be the antivirus scanner itself. Going to test the following now : Install FW 1.1 and attempt install. Install hotfix to FW 1.1 and attempt install. Disable Antivirus and attempt install. Will give info after testing.
