Missing feature regarding the problem that Writer keeps footnote text in one
line of the tip help is already tracked as issue 45366.
MRU->FL/OS: I think that this is a quite useful thing. We should really think
about a change of the tool tips behavior. When hovering across a footnote anchor
the tool tip should appear and sty as long as the "Hand" cursor remains on the
screen. Just when the ,mouse moves away, the tool tip should disappear.
