When starting Draw without any other module having been started, the color bar
is empty, it's only gray. You have to go to the menu "view > toolbars > color
bar" deaktivate it and then reactivate it again in order to make it visible.

This behaviour does not happen, when starting Draw out of another already
started module.

Also, when the color bar is docked to the right edge, whenever in Calc there is
a toolbar (by default the "Function list") which is docked at the right edge,
too, both, color bar from Draw and function list in Calc, influence each other
at the start fof the module as far as the status hide/show is concerned.
Example: you start Calc, hide the function list. Then start Draw, the color bar
will bie hidden, too! And vice versa.
