I'm able to replicate the issue. The cvs mails do have the change info, but it
seems incomplete. The sections Modified/Added/Removed which provide the path to
the file that changed seems to be missing in most of the mails. However, the
sections Log and File Changes are present in all mails. A few mails seem to have
the complete change info. We are trying to find the reason for this inconsistent
behavior. We'll update you once the reason has been identified.
