1) in a new document: create 3 paragraphs
2) define each of them correspondingly as Heading1, Heading 2, Heading3
3) open navigator and press content view button (you will see that all your
headings are visible under
the section 'Headings'
4) open 'styles and formating' menu, select 'paragraph styles', go to Heading1,
right-click on it and
choose 'modify'. In the dialogue box that now opens, select tab 'Numbering' and
in section 'numbering
styles' chang from 'none' to any other e.g. Numbering1 or List1. Click ok
5) Now check Navigator box: you will see that Heading1 has disappeared.
6) revert back numbering of Heading1 in the same manner as described in point 4
above.
7) Check Navigator box: Heading1 is still missing.
8) repeat the same operation with other styles to see 100% consistency with
this pattern.
9) in order to check that tags are indeed being destroyed, try the same as
above but after point 3 above
create a table of contents. It will show the same problem as Navigator.

My opinion: this is a very serious bug and must be dealt as soon as possible
because styles and
numbering are essential for any serious word-processing. Good luck with solving
this bug!
