------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue May 15 10:40:21 +0000 2007 ------- It's a single additional xml attribute in the crash xml mail, I wonder if the tooling already just discards unrecognized xml attributes ? In that case the extra data would be ignored and the change is not incompatible. I don't know the internal tooling of course, but it might be worth a quick look/question to the Sun backend maintainer to see if that's the case. The patch here makes the output useful for distributions in that they can then point the crash mail backend at one of their own servers where they make their own OOo build information available (in my future fantasy world I'd like to see a shared distro repository for these reports where distros can reannotate the reports and share their crash data with eachother). --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
