Will reopen this because it does not work and it's clearly a defect.

Detailed information: if copied number/value contains any other decimals than
zeros consecutively it will be pasted correctly.

Hence e.g. '1,00' will produce '1' and '1,23' will produce '1,23'.

In this case Spreadsheet does not even ask anything. If number/value is pasted
through 'Edit'->'Paste Special...' and selected as unformatted text it will be
pasted correctly.
