------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu May 31 15:30:36 +0000 2007 ------- A long .doc file was used in Writer then in Word again. The file made Word crash each time a user attempted to print certain pages. The file was stripped down until the following reproducible behaviour came out: 1) Create a new document in Microsoft Office Word 2003 SP2 2) Make odd and even headers and footers different: File/Page Setup.../Layout/Header and Footer/Different odd and even 3) Insert a section break (next page): Insert/Break.../Section break types/Next page 4) Insert page numbers (header or footer): Insert/Page Numbers... 5) Close the document 6) Open it in Writer 7) Save it (still as .doc, optionally under a different name) 8) Close it 9) Open the (new) document in Word 10a) Ctrl+A 11a) Ctrl+C 12a) Try to close Word -> Crash OR: 10b) Ctrl+A 11b) Ctrl+C 12b) Ctrl+N 13b) Ctrl+V -> Crash --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
