JL confirmed that those EXTUPDATEINFO* lines are not needed here. Therefore the
short term solution is to either remove them from
test/deployment/locationtest/makefile.mk or to remove that directory from
build.lst at all (dv currently checks the latter option).
A followup issue will be to get the process clean. Check whether that perl
module really is needed. If so, properly raise and document build requirements.
It also could be an option to make creating those update info xml files optional
by using an configure switch. In that case only those who explicitly want this
build feature have to have the perl module. Probably there are not so much
people outside Sun RE having use for it.
