reopened .. to refere to implementation details is without any use.
The option does not what the user expects from:
- Name of the option
- Tooltip at the option
- Behaviour of the same option in OOo's own dialog
I didn't say, that this one is a critical issue, as ithappens only under ome
circumstances. But that does not change the fact, that the current behavour is
wrong from a users perspective - and dafinately a bug.
