Create three new empty Spreadsheets Test1.ods, Test2.ods and Test3.ods OOo-->File-->New-->Spreadsheet OOo-->Save as-->OpenDocument Spreadsheet (.ods) 2.) Create a new Text document OOo-->File-->New-->Text Document 3.) Start the Mail Merge Wizard OOo-->Tools-->Mail Merge Wizard 4.) Step 1. Select starting document Radio Button "Use the current document"-->Button "Next >>" 5.) Step 2. Insert address block Button "Select Address List" 6.) Window "Select Address List..." Button "Add"-->choose Test1.ods-->Button "Open" 7.) Select Address List Test2.ods and Test3.ods, too 8.) Close the Window "Select Adress List"-->Button "OK" 9.) Delete Test1.ods from the file system 10.) Window "Mail Merge Wizard" --> Button "Select Address List..." 11.) First select Test1 and then select Test2 then the Button "OK" isn't available. If you first select Test2 the Button "OK" is available and then select Test3 the Button OK is available, too.
