Hm, we could include this for convenience reasons, but it is not quite correct.
Western languages are not all Non-Asian languages. How about arabic?
This functions are important for the scp styles ONLY_ASIA_LANGUAGES and
ONLY_WESTERN_LANGUAGES, with which files can be assigned into installation sets,
that contain at least one asian or one western language (used for fonts and
spellchecker).
