------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Aug 19 15:35:18 +0000 2007 ------- While changing an absolute reference by dragging the link with mouse, Openoffice adds some additional (area) reference to formula. This redundant reference breaks the formula if the cell is copied. For example if you have a following formula in B4 [=$B$1*A4] and you want to change the absolute reference from $B$1 to $B$2, the formula is changed to [=$B$2:B2*A4].
