jl -> When talking of "development version of some extensions", the issue
happens in fact as soon as someones introduces bugs in an extension. This will
happen more and more as more extensions are developped by third parties
companies and users.
The issue is that the user will be consider OOo as unstable because of external
extensions. The firefox community has the same problem.
