The default has changed. Goto Tools > Options > OOo Calc > Print > Sheets.
Uncheck "Print only selected sheets" to get the previous behavior. You can
uncheck this for a single print in "Options" in the print dialog.
That's issue 82016.
If you try to print from preview, you might run into issue 82290, but I think
that is not the reason here.
