open oo.org. create a new text document. choose "file->new->presentation".
close
oo.org main window. click on "cancel" in presentation wizard.

oo.org remains in memory. another instance does not run, thus it seems to user
that oo.org "just stopped working"

in some cases oo.org crashes after these actions, but i haven't been able to
reliably reproduce crashing.
